Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and Comitat Co. for using this website and its services. By creating an account or using the services you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who can use Comitat

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract. Give true details when you sign up. One account per person; keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

2. What we offer

  • Free courses and documentation: lessons written from official documentation, for learning.
  • Career programmes: live or recorded classes, assessments, an internship component and certificates, on the terms shown on each programme page when you apply (fees, schedule, eligibility and any refund conditions).
  • Video courses: some are open, some need a free account, some are for programme learners only.
  • Career tools: resume builder, ATS check and similar tools.
  • Digital marketing services: scope, price and timelines are agreed with you separately in writing before any work starts.

3. Fair use

You agree not to:

  • try to break into, probe, scan or overload the site, or get around its security, rate limits or access controls;
  • scrape or bulk-download content, or use bots to create accounts or send messages;
  • share your login, or record, download, re-upload or resell paid lectures, files or programme material;
  • use the AI tools to produce anything unlawful, harmful, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights;
  • impersonate anyone, or put false information on a resume, certificate request or application;
  • upload malware or files you do not have the right to share.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and report serious misuse to the authorities.

4. Content and ownership

The site design, our own lessons, videos, documentation pages, programme material and the Comitat Co. name and logo belong to us. You may use them for your own learning. You may not copy or publish them elsewhere without our written permission.

Official documentation, product names, trademarks and third-party videos we link to or summarise belong to their owners. We credit sources and link to the originals. If you own something shown here and want it changed or removed, write to admin@comitat.co.in with the page address; we normally act within 72 hours.

What you write or upload stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you.

5. AI-generated content

Some lessons, tutor answers and resume drafts are written with the help of AI. AI can be wrong. Check commands and code against the official documentation before you use them in real work, and check every line of a resume before you send it. Do not put anything on your resume that is not true.

6. Programmes, certificates and the internship

Everyone who completes a programme gets a four-month internship. Top performers are offered paid internships with a stipend. Everyone else can intern at Comitat Co. with no fee, working on our real product (features, R&D and real tasks); interns who complete it receive a performance certificate and a work experience certificate. An internship is a learning role, not an employment contract, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Certificates show the grades you actually earned; we do not sell or change grades. Certificates can be verified online by anyone you give the certificate ID to. We give placement assistance (resume and LinkedIn reviews, mock interviews, referrals where we can), but we do not guarantee a job, an interview, a salary or any particular result. Fees, refunds and schedules follow what the programme page said when you applied, and anything we agree with you in writing.

7. Digital marketing services

We will do the work we agree with you carefully and report honestly. Search rankings, reach, leads and ad results depend on search engines, platforms and markets we do not control, so we do not guarantee specific rankings or results. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the material you give us to publish.

8. Disclaimer

The site and its content are provided "as is", for education and general information. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that the site will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing here is legal, financial or professional advice.

9. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (for example lost profits, data or opportunities). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnity

If you break these terms or the law while using the site, and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs.

11. Closing your account

You can close your account at any time from My profile. We may close or suspend accounts that break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (ownership, disclaimer, limit of liability, indemnity, law) continue after closure.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to us first so we can try to sort things out. If we cannot, the courts of competent jurisdiction in India will decide.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is important, we will tell you on the site or by email before it applies to you.
